What began as a fandom-driven curiosity in 2012 evolved into Trisha’s dedication to understanding how technology shapes society and advocacy. She holds a BA in Media and Communications from the University of Melbourne, where she researched social media’s dual role in democracy, and an MSc in Strategic Communications from LSE, focusing on celebrity humanitarianism’s influence on youth moral agency.
As a communications strategist, Trisha specializes in advocacy, thought leadership, and digital engagement, crafting narratives that amplify marginalized voices and drive change. She is Chief Marketing Officer of Wowmen Group, leading initiatives to grow the platform as a hub for women’s empowerment. Previously, she worked with the United Nations Information Centre Jakarta, supporting public information campaigns, media relations, and content development on global issues such as gender equality and sustainable development.
